YSI, a Xylem brand, has announced the launch of its new, responsive website YSI.com that provides customers with easy-to-read and easy-to-find products, solutions, and customer support for devices from smartphones to tablets to desktop computers.
It has been a high-priority project for nearly two years. “We put so much time and effort into the new YSI.com,” says Tim Grooms, YSI Director of Marketing, “because we believe our web presence represents one of the most important ways we interact with our new and existing customers.”
YSI.com was built to be easy to navigate and have content displayed responsively for any device. Other features include a simplified content menu, access to customer support, videos, software, and resource library for nearly every product, a blog with up-to-date information, customer reviews of products and services, social media connections, authorized distributors and service centers worldwide, as well as events, training, and webinars. And the new site provides US customers with the ability to buy many of the products online.
